Construction Insurance (also known as Contractors All Risk Insurance and Contract Works Insurance) covers building project under construction, building materials and equipment onsite against fire, malicious damage, storm damage, water damage, accidental damage, impact by a vehicle and theft.

We recommend that you include PUBLIC AND PRODUCTS LIABILITY which protects you against legal costs and your legal liability to pay compensation to others who have suffered Personal Injury (including contractors and sub-contractors) or Property Damage as a result of your business activities.

Renovating, Extending Your Home?

Often building Insurance (e.g. home insurance policies) do not provide cover for damage to your existing home while a building is under construction and the damage to the existing home is caused by the construction project. An example of such damage can happen when the roof of the home is removed and rain enters the home causing damage to the construction project area and the existing home area.

We can package a construction and liability insurance policy to cover the new works and the existing building on the one policy.
